The machine is equipped with an independent button control panel, making parameter adjustments and operation highly intuitive and user-friendly. The machine integrates a high-capacity dust extraction system that rapidly removes and clears the massive amount of sawdust and dust generated during high-speed planing. This machine boasts excellent processing compatibility, with a maximum machining width of 20 – 230 mm and a maximum machining thickness of 7 – 160 mm. 1. The machine body(frame) is made of cast iron, stable performance.
2. The whole machine is with cover, safe and low noice.
3. The main spindle diameter is φ50.
4. Equipped with 2 sets of cylinder floating bottom active rollers in front of the first bottom spindle, ensuring the strong and smooth feeding.
5. The rear top, rear bottom, right and left spindles are equipped with automatic straight-blade grinding mechanisms, to ensure on-line sharpening and keep the the consistency of the cutting circle.
6. The rear top and rear bottom spindles are equipped with oil-pressure outboard support structures, ensuring the high speed cutting performance and the good stability;
7. The front outer side pressure force of the left vertical spindle and the front top pressure force of the top spindle are driven by cylinders.
8. And the front pressure plate of the top cutter adopts the sectional type pressing structure, which can adjust the height of the front pressure plates respectively to facilitate the processing of wood products of different shapes.
9. The two top cutter spindles can do electric synchronous lifting, and also can adjusted separately through fine-tuning mechanism, which is easy and quick to operate.
10. The adjustment and control of the cutter spindle is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and with pneumatic lock; and each spindle also can be adjusted manually through the fine tuning mechanism.
11. Large diameter upper feeding wheels and overrunning clutch are installed at the feeding inlet to realize high speed feeding and ensure smooth feeding.
12. Feeding system is equipped with gear boxs and universal couplings. And the feeding speed is controlled by frequency inverter.
13. The pressure force of the rear pressure plate of top cutter is also controlled by cylinder.
14. The main electrical components and transmission parts are from international brands, stable performance.
