This machine has two group sanding units. The first group is for thickness setting, the second group is for fine sanding and polishing. Its max. working width is 1300mm; max. working thickness is 160mm.And has the advantages of stable performance, beautiful appearance and convenient operation and maintenance.Mainly used for sanding work of solid wood board, jointed board, plywood, fibreboard and door core board etc.

1.The beam support adopts high quality casting. Stable performance and good accuracy.

2.The worktable is made of thick steel plate and large angle steel, by welding; with special stress - removing treatment, precision machining, having stable performance and durability.

3.The sanding motors are built in.

4.The coarse sand roller uses the thick wall big diameter steel roll, with the precision processing and the dynamic balance processing, having the strength cutting and stable performance.

5.The fine sand rubber roller adopts high quality rubber roller, which is equipped with imported polishing pad, and the sanding cutting surface is smooth and flat.

6.For operation safety, equipped with 4 sets of idler rolls, two in front, one in middle and one in rear. And the second in front adopts the structure of anti- reverse roller to avoid hurting people in the operation.

7.The famous brand photoelectric control system is used to control the belt oscillation, and at the same time, the photoelectric instruments are equipped with automatic dust-blowing device, in case that sanding belt is broken by dust blocking photoelectric device.

8.The feeding system is equipped with stepless variable speed reduction box of famous brand manufacturer, and the feeding is strong and powerful, which is suitable for sanding the plates of different materials.

9.Protection function of abnormality: if something abnormal happens during the working,such as sudden stop, low pressure, belt break, belt off tracking, etc., the worktable will automatically drop to prevent the belt and the workpiece from strong contact, in case of damaging the machine or the belt.

10.The outlet is equipped with a brush roller mechanism to remove dust on the surface of the workpiece.

11.Optional: the first group sanding motor can be optionally 37KW.

12.Optional configuration: air bag polishing pad, suitable for veneer surface polishing, preventing sand leakage.
