This machine cleverly combines thickness planing with wide-belt sanding, completing both thickness calibration and surface fine grinding in a single pass. With a maximum working width of 1000mm and a thickness range of 2-110mm, it efficiently processes various solid and engineered wood boards. It ensures uniform thickness and a smooth, flawless surface, fully meeting the strict requirements for subsequent topcoat painting.
The machine body is constructed from premium international steel, welded and subjected to high-temperature aging treatment. Its extremely heavy and stable structure effectively prevents bouncing and vibration during high-speed operation. The internal dual sanding unit (or multi-unit) design allows each sanding stage to be independently controlled without interference. Coupled with a mirror-polished marble conveyor platform, it further guarantees exceptional machining flatness and stability.
The equipment is equipped with high-power main motors (e.g., 15kW + 11kW configuration) and a stepless variable frequency drive (VFD) system. Operators can flexibly adjust the feed speed (e.g., 6-30m/min) and sanding belt speed via a digital panel based on the processing needs of different materials like hardwood, softwood, or plywood. This achieves the optimal match for rough grinding, fine sanding, and polishing, significantly boosting processing efficiency and surface texture.
To address the common issue of sanding belt tracking deviation in wide-belt sanders, the machine is equipped with advanced photoelectric sensors and an automatic tracking correction device, ensuring the belt remains perfectly centered during high-speed operation. Additionally, it features comprehensive fault display and safety protection functions. In the event of an anomaly or power failure, the worktable automatically lowers, effectively preventing the board from being burned or damaged by the sanding belt, thereby minimizing the scrap rate.
The machine utilizes an aluminum alloy sanding pad and an adjustable eccentric roller design, providing a large contact area and excellent polishing results. Its flexible sanding system adapts to minor surface undulations, eliminating wave marks and unevenness on the workpiece. This ensures that even ultra-thin primer coats will not be sanded through due to thickness deviations (e.g., 0.1mm), perfectly preserving the natural wood grain.
The electrical components are sourced from renowned brands (such as Chint, Schneider, etc.), ensuring long-term operational reliability. The conveyor belt is made of high-quality rubber for anti-slip and wear resistance. Furthermore, the machine integrates a dual-effect dust extraction system with synchronized upper and lower suction ports to collect sawdust. This drastically reduces dust concentration in the workshop, creating a clean and eco-friendly working environment for operators.

4. The first sanding group adopts dia.Φ190 thicknessing rubber roller with semi-fine sanding, second sanding group adopts dia.Φ160 fine sanding roller with polishing function.

This machine is equipped with 7 groups pressure roller device, two groups in front, one between the cutter and semi-sanding roller, two between the semi-sanding roller and fine sanding roller and two in the rear.In front of the planing cutter, anti-kickback fingers device is configured to prevent the workpiece from rebounding to ensure safer operation.
6. The front of the planer roller parts is equipped with the structure of the keyboard type and sectional type pressure claws,the rear of it is the flat pressure plate structure, which can effectively meet the simultaneous feeding and cutting process of multiple workpieces and greatly improve the production efficiency.
7. The top of the first idle pressure roller is equipped with the thickness protection device, which protects the planer shaft to ensure the safety and reliability.
8. The feeding adopts heavy helical gear - worm gear reducer and frequency converter to realize variable frequency speed control feeding, feeding speed of 6-30m/min.It runs smoothly and feeds strongly.
9. All electrical components are from Siemens company to ensure smooth operation and reliable performance.
10. Optional configuration: spiral cutter roller with 30*12 blades to meet heavy cutting.
