Product Purpose
This machine is used to first plane top and bottom surfaces, then multiply saw a certain width board, highly precision, quality and feed smooth. Its max.working width is 200mm, max.thickness is 75mm. Configurate the bottom active feed roller in front of the bottom planing cutter, the feeding speed frequency control, and the hollow saw spindle with air blow cooling structure and electric lifting structure. This machine is fit for the wood processing, keel making and other wood making.
Main Features
1.The machine main body is made of casting iron,special treated and precisely processed by five-sided gantry machining center.
2.The spindles are made of special material, specially treated with precise processing and dynamic balance, which ensures the stable performance and precision.
3.The worktable is made of special high strength alloy steel material,with special treatment, precision processing and hard chromium plating, which ensures the wear resistance and long service life.
4.Configurate 3 sets bottom active feed rollers and 6 sets upper active feed wheels, ensuring the powerful and smooth feed.
5.Configurate the anti-rebound device at the feed inlet,complete protection of the operator.
6.The feeding mechanism adopts universal coupling transmission and frequency converter to realize the feeding speed frequency control, with a speed of 6-36m /min, and the operation is easy and quick.
7.The saw spindle is hollow, with air blow cooling structure, which can cool the saw blades and effectively improve the service life of the saw blades.
8.The saw spindle mechanism adopts the electric lifting structure, easy and quick to operate.
9.The machine tool is equipped with a centralized lubrication oil supply system. It is convenient and quick to operate and maintain the lubricating oil for all sliding and transmission parts.
10.Main electrical components and transmission parts adopt international brand components, keeping stable performance and good reliability.
