This machine is used for double-end edge trimming and tenoning. The maximum working width is 2500mm, maximum working thickness is 120mm. The back two milling spindles adopt different rotation direction to prevent edge breakage.It has the advantages of stable workpiece clamping, high production efficiency and high processing accuracy, and widely used in solid wood furniture, solid wood door, cabinet door and board furniture and other wooden products industries for double end trimming and tenoning.

1. The machine base and frame are made of high quality casting, with special treatment and gantry machining center precision processing, with the advantages of stable performance and good precision.

2. The feeding guide rail adopts high quality casting and sectional guide rail structure. The length of the front feeding worktable is up to 1300mm, especially suitable for positioning and processing big width workpiece.

3. The feeding adopts high-precision synchronous chain track and aluminum alloy chain plate, which is guided by the combination of circular roller ball bearing and circular bar guide rail. The working table is oil-free, stable in operation and accurate in positioning.

4. The lifting of the left and right upper beams adopts the synchronous lifting structure, NC elevating and adjusting, with stable workpiece's pressure, easy and fast operation.

5. The milling spindle adopts special steel material, with special treatment, precision processing, equipped with high precision bearing, milling speed up to 7500r/min, and good processing quality.

6. The working width setting system of the worktable adopts high-precision linear guide and automatic width controller, which has the advantages of easy adjustment, accurate positioning and good wear resistance.

7. The first saw and first milling cutter are equipped with automatic skip cutting device, effectively solve the problem of rough edge and edge breakage.

8. The side of the milling cutter is configured with the bottom supporting flat bar and the upper cylinder pressure mechanism to ensure the feeding stability, pressure balance and good machining accuracy.

9. The upper saw can be as the bottom saw through the position change, when process the door core board.(Optional:can also install the bottom supporting flat bar and the upper cylinder pressure mechanism at the side of it to ensure the feeding stability, pressure balance and good machining accuracy.)

10. This machine is equipped with raised pillars and increased throat depth to meet the needs of processing long tenon and adjusting the tilt angle of milling cutter spindle.

11. The feeding mechanism is equipped with famous brand high-power hard tooth surface reducer and frequency converter to realize feeding speed frequency control, which is suitable for processing wood products of different characters.

12. Operating system is a combined control with computer touch screen and PLC, easy and fast operation, reducing the adjusting time.

13. Electrical components and transmission parts are from international brands(such as Siemens), with stable performance and good reliability.

14. This machine is with fully enclosed safety covers, for safe operation and low noise.

15. Optional: can select to install the crushing cutter, breaking up the cutoff pieces to prevent the blocking, and better dust absorption, more safe and environmental protection.
