Machine Features
1. The machine body is made of high-quality castings and precision-processed. Its performance is stable and rigid.
2. Spindle diameter Φ50mm, after precise assembly and dynamic balance processing, it runs smoothly, has good rigidity and precision.
3. The movable worktable is equipped with 2 sets of pneumatic floating driving rollers, and the feeding is stable and powerful.
4. Back up level, the second and third down knives are equipped with an automatic straight-blade sharpening mechanism to realize automatic grinding of the blades to meet the needs of high-speed feed processing.
5. All horizontal knives are equipped with oil pressure external support structure, and high pressure oil guns are used for external support and pressure fixing to ensure high-speed cutting performance.
6. The left vertical axis is pressed and rolled, the chip breaker structure, and the upper platen of the upper knife are pressed by the cylinder to ensure smooth feeding.
7. The front and rear upper knife adopts electric synchronous lifting, and can also be manually fine-tuned, which is convenient and quick to operate.
